  13. etherPPP from Merit works reasonably well when started from DOS,
  14. followed by winpkt and then Windows.

  16. It would be nice to be able to use PPP and not have to (1) exit Windows
  17. only to restart it or (2) pay $$$ for a commercial solution.

  36. Can anyone out there help me ?
  37. I have been trying to build an MS Windows based server package for forwarding
  38. realtime data over a Wollongong Pathway Runtime TCP/IP network. During normal
  39. running, everything seems fine, however I have a problem in the number
  40. of client workstations I can connect. Up to nine (9) clients is no problem but
  41. when the tenth connects, the server "bombs out" taking windows with it.
  42. Is this a configuration problem, a problem with the API or just me?

  69. We (that is the IS department at USR) have just bought into unifaRce and this 
  70. is an issue that I have to tackle soon. So far, it does NOT support WINSOCK. 
  71. It doesn't even support Windows for that matter <smirk>.
