- Can you do this from within Windows? Or do you have to exit Windows
- each time you call?
-
- etherPPP from Merit works reasonably well when started from DOS,
- followed by winpkt and then Windows.
-
- It would be nice to be able to use PPP and not have to (1) exit Windows
- only to restart it or (2) pay $$$ for a commercial solution.
-
- Thanks.

- Subject: Wollongong API
-
- Can anyone out there help me ?
- I have been trying to build an MS Windows based server package for forwarding
- realtime data over a Wollongong Pathway Runtime TCP/IP network. During normal
- running, everything seems fine, however I have a problem in the number
- of client workstations I can connect. Up to nine (9) clients is no problem but
- when the tenth connects, the server "bombs out" taking windows with it.
- Is this a configuration problem, a problem with the API or just me?

- We (that is the IS department at USR) have just bought into unifaRce and this
- is an issue that I have to tackle soon. So far, it does NOT support WINSOCK.
- It doesn't even support Windows for that matter <smirk>.

- No problem.
